my bio in third person:

Erin Klassen is an editor, facilitator, and writer. Prior to her freelance career Erin spent 5+ years leading scalable community programs and national partnerships with Etsy Canada. Before that, oddly enough, she managed a small team of recruitment specialists for the Environmental Engineering sector. As a result, Erin is a unique breed of content strategist: part business development guru, part creative writer, part community enthusiast.

Erin founded With/out Pretend in 2015 with the dream of building a home for women’s stories, and hopes to continue producing work independently and for clients (in digital, print, and experiential forms) that is in line with her values. She enjoys Nina Simone, Italian food, and talking about the future.
